Bad weather??? Probably won’t go out that day. Reschedule available.

At Kampot Dolphin Ecotours, we generally schedule our tours every week (depending on the weather and the tide) from 6:00 AM to about 11:00 AM (this is the best time to see dolphins!).

We will post a weekly schedule every Friday to let you know when you can book your Ecotour.

Please note that marine mammals are wild animals, and sightings can never be guaranteed. While we’ve had many incredible encounters, there is always a chance that dolphins may not appear.
As a result, refunds are not applicable if dolphins are not sighted.

However, every tour is carefully designed to offer much more: a guided experience that teaches you about Cambodia’s marine ecosystem, Kampot’s local coastal communities, a taste of traditional food.

At around 9am the local community will prepare Khmer food for your breakfast, often including a variety of rice, seafood, and vegetables. If you have any dietary requirements, please message us and we will discuss food options with the community members.

Our mission is to conserve Cambodia’s marine mammals.

As a Non-profit Organisation, your contributions play a vital role in putting conservation into action by preserving relationships between the local community and surrounding wildlife. All profits made go directly into promoting research, capacity building, outreach, community collaboration, and spreading awareness.

All of the work of Khmer Ocean Life is conducted in close collaboration with the Fisheries Administration of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

For any extra tour information, In-person bookings, Khmer cultural education, conservation talks, souvenirs, and more come to our visitor centre and meet the team – we would love to hear from you!
